Tickets are available to purchase at nycitycenter.org beginning September 10, 2024 at 12pm.

An online waiting room will open on Tuesday, September 10 at 11:30am. If you are on this page earlier than 11:30am, you must refresh your browser after 11:30am in order to be placed into the virtual waiting room.

All visitors in the waiting room between 11:30am and 12pm will be assigned a random number, creating a digital line. Visitors arriving after 12pm will be placed at the end of the line. When your time comes, you will be automatically directed to the purchasing page.

Handling fees for online and phone orders:
$7.00 per ticket when ordering seats for one performance or $20 per Super Fan order when ordering tickets for two or more performances at same time.

$20 student tickets are available from 12pm until curtain time on the day of each performance.

Refunds

All sales are final. There will be no refunds on group or single tickets. Customers can donate or exchange only.

Exchanges

All exchanges must be made within 48 hours of either the original performance date or the requested performance date, whichever is sooner.

There will be a $15 per ticket exchange fee charged for all single ticket orders. All exchanges must be for a different Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater performance. New York City Center does not permit exchanges from one event to another.
