Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater returns to Detroit for another brilliant season of dance that The New York Times calls “transfixing, pulsating, and galvanizing.” 

This season features world premieres by Hope Boykin, Lar Lubovitch, and Interim Artistic Director Matthew Rushing; a new production of Elisa Monte’s sculptural Treading; the 25th anniversary of Ronald K. Brown’s blockbuster Grace; and Alvin Ailey’s timeless masterpiece Revelations.
