We do not offer refunds on tickets. Exchange policies vary based on the venue we are performing at. For questions regarding your tickets, please contact the box office at 212-405-9082.
AILEY does not have a dress code. We advise patrons to dress according to their comfort level and personal style. Some patrons dress very smartly — but others choose to be more casual. For galas and other special events, please check your invitation for the requested attire.
AILEY does not have a dedicated parking garage. However, there is a Rapid Park (411 West 55th Street) next door to the Ailey building. Learn more about visiting us.
