She choreographed and danced for Hip Hop Public Health's “HYPE: The Breaks Vol.1" dance fitness videos alongside Hip Hop legend, DMC. LaShawn taught classes at fitness centers and corporations, and she choreographed and traveled as a master instructor for the National Dance Alliance.
LaShawn was among the prestigious staff of the American Dance Festival as well as the Korea Dance Festival in Seoul, where she offered their first hip hop classes. She has made appearances on Good Morning America, The Today Show, FOX, and the Dr. Oz Show to name a few. In 2020, LaShawn relocated to Los Angeles to join global fitness platform Apple Fitness+ as one of the founding dance trainers, sharing her love for dance and encouraging everyone to live their best lives!
