3. Zumba®

Combining salsa, samba, merengue, and hip hop, Zumba® is one of the world's most popular cardio workouts. Our Zumba® instructors follow the principle that a workout should be fun and easy to do, combining aerobic and fitness interval training with dancing. You’ll be having so much fun, you won’t even realize how hard you’re working. It’s not a bad idea to bring a towel to class, as Zumba® will have you sweating by the end.

4. Heels

The dance fitness class is designed for students to discover the power of strutting in heels with confidence, improving balance, coordination, and muscle control. Once you’ve donned your heels, you will receive a brief warm-up to get you comfortable walking in heels before learning choreography with a focus on musicality, lines, grooves, hair whips, and floor work. If you’re looking for a unique dance fitness experience that helps you tap into your sensuality and self-expression as you glide across the floor, Heels is the choice for you.
