Housing

The Ailey School offers limited housing to students 17 and older in the Certificate, Independent Study, Scholarship, and Ailey/Fordham BFA Programs. Housing is also available to Summer Intensive students ages 14 and older.

Housing applications are sent to students after they have been accepted and have made a tuition deposit. It is not possible to apply for housing prior to being accepted and submitting a tuition deposit. Space is limited and is granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Summer Housing

The Ailey School offers summer housing for students at two locations, depending on the age of the student; The Ludlow Residence, for students ages 18 and older, and Fordham University McMahon Hall, for students ages 14 to 17.

Academic Year Housing

The Ailey School offers separate housing options for students in all Professional Division Programs.

Off-Campus Housing

A list of unaffiliated off-campus housing resources is available for those students in all Professional Division Programs who wish to live independently.
