Mahalaya Tintiangco-Cubales

Mahalaya Tintiangco-Cubales (San Francisco, CA) (she/her) is a proud Filipina American. She started her dance journey at the Westlake School for the Performing Arts where she trained in hip hop, ballet, contemporary, modern, jazz, and Filipino and Pacific Islander dance forms. Tintiangco-Cubales received a BFA in Dance from the Juilliard School. She has performed works by Chanel DaSilva, José Limón, Jamar Roberts, Hope Boykin, Kyle Abraham, Jermaine Spivey, Pam Tanowitz, William Forsythe, Marco Goecke, Crystal Pite, Sir Wayne McGregor, and Alvin Ailey. Tintiangco-Cubales's passion for dance also extends to centering marginalized narratives. She aspires to continually explore her artistic voice through her identity while also providing parallel opportunities to other artists. She joined the company in 2026.
