AileyDance for Active Aging Workshop
A celebration of movement, community, and vitality!
AILEY believes the transformative power of dance is applicable for all and has developed AileyDance for Active Aging to assist with reaching senior citizens, an important and vital segment of our community. Led by former AILEY dancer Nasha Thomas, the workshop will be comprised of dance technique, strength, and flexibility training and movements from Mr. Ailey’s signature ballet, Revelations.
Open to mature adults and senior citizens. Registration highly recommended due to limited space.
