Weaving together deep personal experiences and an original score by composer Damien Sneed, Interim Artistic Director Matthew Rushing, Assistant Rehearsal Director Clifton Brown, and former Company member Yusha-Marie Sorzano present Testament—a tribute to Alvin Ailey’s Revelations that follows a community of people turning pain into power and lament into hope.

NOTE: This work was created for viewing online, not onstage, and premiered during the Company’s first-ever Virtual Winter Season in December 2020.
