Our tour guides will show you all eight floors of the beautiful glass-encased building and walk you through the history of the Ailey organization. Tour highlights include original archival posters, our limited edition 2009 Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater Barbie® doll, Alvin Ailey’s Presidential Medal of Freedom awarded by President Barack Obama, a behind-the-scenes look at the company’s rehearsal space, a photo-op with Judith Jamison’s mural, and more.
