Jesse Obremski (New York, New York) (he/they) began his studies at The Ailey School and continued at Jacob's Pillow, Springboard Danse Montreal, and Earl Mosley's Diversity of Dance. He graduated from LaGuardia High School and Juilliard. Obremski performed with the Lar Lubovitch Dance Company, The Limón Dance Company, and Gibney Company, among others. He is a sought-after educator, choreographer, and restager of José Limón's works. He received the Asian American Arts Alliance's 2016 Jadin Wong Award and achieved Boy Scout Eagle Scout rank. Obremski has been mentioned in The New York Times, on NY1, and was featured in Dance Magazine's "On the Rise" in 2019. He performed at the FINA World Championships in 2019 and at the White House for President Obama. Obremski is the Founder/Artistic Director of Obremski/Works, which has been presented internationally, including by The John F. Kennedy Center.
