Following a dynamic performing career across Europe—in musicals, operas, television, and contemporary dance companies—he moved to New York City to focus on choreography and teaching, quickly becoming a vibrant voice in the dance community.
In both Europe and the United States, Mousset choreographs for OUI DANSE and across diverse creative platforms including dance companies, film, fashion, commercials, circus arts, opera, and musical theatre. Mousset was selected by Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater's former Artistic Director Robert Battle for the New Directions Choreography Lab at The Ailey School. He also choreographed for and performed with Christine Dakin, former Principal Dancer and Artistic Director of the Martha Graham Dance Company.
He has collaborated with renowned artists across disciplines, including American icon Pamela Anderson; actress and filmmaker Katie Holmes; British singer Leona Lewis; and French figure skater Kevin Aymoz, multi–Grand Prix medalist and French National Champion.
Mousset’s inaugural work for OUI DANSE, "WORK!", received the Reverb Dance APAP Award for Best Choreography and Audience Favorite. The company has performed at prestigious venues and festivals such as New York Live Arts, Jacob’s Pillow Inside/Out, Danspace Project, Riverside Dance Festival, Luminaria Arts Festival, and Dancers For Good. In France, OUI DANSE was invited by Pierre François Heuclin to perform at the Vaison Danses International Dance Festival and by Abou Lagraa for a creative residency at La Chapelle Saint-Marie.
