Amber Sloan

Amber Sloan’s choreography has been produced by Dance Theater Workshop (Family Matters), Dancemopolitan at Joe’s Pub, West End Theater, Mulberry Street Theater, Brooklyn Arts Exchange, Dancenow[NYC] Festival, Danspace Project (Food for Thought), 92nd Street Y Harkness Dance and others. She is a recipient of a BAX/Brooklyn Arts Exchange Space Grant, DTW’s Outer/Space Residency Grant, Northern Archive Residency in Stamford, VT, Mulberry Street Theater’s Newsteps Residency and a Summer Stages Dance Choreographic Fellowship Residency in Concord, MA. Sloan has been a member of David Parker and The Bang Group since 2002 and has also danced with Doug Elkins & Friends, Keely Garfield, Chris Elam/Misnomer Dance Theater and Sara Hook Dances. She serves on the board of Dance Omi International Dance Collective.
