Join us for a powerful Hearts of Men workshop that celebrates community, creativity, and connection through movement.

Master teacher, choreographer, and Hearts of Men Associate Director Freddie Moore will lead participants through excerpts from Frederick Earl Mosley’s new work Embrace, premiering at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater’s upcoming performances at New York City Center. Through guided movement, rhythmic music, and shared reflection, students will explore what it means to express themselves freely and reconnect with themselves and their community.

About Hearts of Men

Fredrick Earl Mosley, together with Dudley Williams, Matthew Rushing, Clifton Brown, Brian Harlan Brooks, and Jamal Story, created Hearts of Men as a safe space where men and genderqueer/non-binary individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels could come together to share life experiences through the transformative power of movement. Hearts of Men creates an environment for participants to forge life-long healthy and supportive relationships as a dance community through classes, discussions, and performances.
