Give the Gift of Dance

To purchase a gift card with Ailey Extension, you must have an Ailey Extension Mindbody account. Create an account with us here or in our app if you do not have one already.

Purchasing Online

Gift cards are available for purchase online in your Mindbody here. After filling out the gift card details and completing your purchase, you will receive an email with an order confirmation and the ability to print the gift card. You can either email the gift card to the recipient directly or print it and deliver it to them in person.

Gift cards are available for purchase at the Extension Desk at The Joan Weill Center for Dance with cash, card, or contactless payment. Ailey Extension is open Monday–Friday from 5–9pm and Saturday & Sunday from 9am–4pm.

Redeeming the Gift Card

After receiving their gift card, the recipient can activate the card within their Ailey Extension Mindbody account and then purchase a corresponding class package or workshop.

In the Ailey Extension App

In the Ailey Extension app, students can use a gift card to pay for class by tapping the 'Gift Card' button on the checkout screen and entering the gift card number.

In the Mindbody App

1. Tap the 'Search' button in the navigation bar at the bottom to access the search screen and search for 'Ailey Studios' to locate our Mindbody storefront.
2. Tap the 'View Pricing' button and then select the class card you want to purchase.
3. Tap the 'Pay with' field.
   _{Note: If you have a stored credit card, it displays here by default. If you do not have a stored credit card, you can add one on this screen before proceeding.}
4. Tap the 'Pay with Gift Card' option.
5. Enter your gift card number using the on-screen number pad.
6. Tap the 'Done' button.
7. Check the 'Gift Card' box to select the gift card as the payment method.
8. Tap the 'Buy' button to complete the purchase.
   _{Note: Any remaining balance is automatically displayed on the 'Gifts' tab of the Wallet screen. You can tap on the stored gift card to use it when you're ready.}

_{All purchases are non-refundable. Gift cards do not expire, but class packages are subject to an expiration date once they are activated by the gift recipient.}
