They are positioned in a spacious, light-filled studio with large windows that offer a view of the cityscape. The dancers are diverse, dressed in comfortable dance attire, and exhibit strong, expressive movements.

Ailey Experience Tour

The Ailey Experience Tour provides dancers of all levels the opportunity to study with prominent Ailey instructors and former Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater dancers in their hometown.

Students train in a variety of techniques while learning the rich history of Alvin Ailey’s signature style and how he changed the perception of American modern dance. Past cities include–Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Washington, DC; and more. Join us in a city near you!
