This form of giving can be made easily through our friends at FreeWill. Their free estate planning tool makes it easy to complete your plans or start them and finalize them later with your attorney.

You can name AILEY in your will or trust in a variety of ways 

• Donate a fixed dollar amount 
• Donate specific property (such as stock) 
• Donate a percentage of your estate 
• Donate all or a specified portion of the residue of your estate (the assets that remain after specific bequests have been fulfilled) 
• Name AILEY as a contingent beneficiary (to receive assets in the event that a specific named beneficiary should predecease you) 

• You can retain control over your assets during your lifetime 
• You can modify your bequest if circumstances change 
• You can direct your bequest to a particular purpose (please speak with our Development Office first, to ensure that your gift is structured to accomplish your wishes and objectives) 
• Your gift will help ensure AILEY’s future
